OK, so we know nature is good for us. That getting outdoors has a number of genuine, scientific benefits for our body, mental well being and spiritual well being. But what do you do when you can't get outdoors and you want to feel some of Mother Nature's benefits? Lets say you live in a city, have returned home from work and its gone 8pm and pitch black outside. Or, God forbid, you've broken your leg and getting outdoors is unlikely for the next while. Well, I've got the solution for you! Introducing my top 3 nature inspired Spotify playlists for when you can't get outdoors but want the benefits of it.
